Simple Not Easy

Rustling through a dusty broom closest called “home office” today. Starting to think about the upcoming re-entry. The 20-something-th semester. Maybe this will be the time I have it! Probably not, and that’s why I come back.

For some reason this image on the wall caught my eye. Hands, rough on the outside but soft on the inside

Rough and soft.

Strong and relaxed. Sthira Sukha.

Ready to do everything and nothing.

One supports the other. It’s simple. It’s not easy.
